This is not the same Epiphany. Continuing with the evolution of this board, we have now responded to the growing need for a shorter wheelbase top mount speed board for 2012. As the sport progresses and the skills of riders advance the demand for shorter, more maneuverable boards makes perfect sense. We’ve worked with our top riders to develop a very technical, kick ass board.
This is no ordinary top mount though! We have built the new Epiphany with our Varian technology to give you the added control of a top mount but the locked in feeling of a freeride board. With a 0.5” Varian drop the rider has a perfect pocket to nest their front foot. The Varian concave then cradles the front foot but stretches back to form a W concave under the back foot of the rider. With the added support of the Varian technology this will be the premier speedboard for 2012.
